Applicants should have (i) a Master's degree or above with expertise in genomics and bioinformatics; and (ii) excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese and Putonghua; and preferably (iii) some teaching experience at appropriate level (minimum four year's post-Master relevant work experience is required for appointment at Lecturer rank).
The appointee will (i) teach courses and supervise final year projects/research projects at undergraduate/ postgraduate levels; (ii) provide services at departmental and faculty levels; and (iii) coordinate and assist in other teaching-related and academic-related matters/ activities as assigned.
Appointment will initially be made on contract basis for up to two years, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
