team as a Logistics Operative , delivering a professional and friendly
mail and distribution service across the University.
Key Responsibilities
Process and distribute mail, parcels, and collections efficiently.
Deliver items on and off campus using University vehicles, ensuring their
upkeep.
Operate and maintain postal equipment, including an electronic franking
machine.
Track mail and parcels accurately using online and offline systems.
Maintain a clean and organised work area.
Provide first-line support to customers, advising on post, print, and
logistics services.
Support team projects and contribute to the development of the Online
Shop.
About You
Strong organisational and customer service skills.
Comfortable driving University vehicles and performing basic maintenance
checks.
Detail-oriented with the ability to use postal tracking systems
effectively.
Flexible and adaptable to a dynamic work environment.
