Manager/Assistant Manager (at the rank of Administrative Assistant II/Executive Officer) in the LKS Faculty of Medicine (Ref.: 530348) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to funding availability and satisfactory performance)
Applicants should possess a good university degree with at least 5 years' work experience in the higher education sector or a related field. They should be competent communicators who have a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to motivate their team members to deliver quality work under tight deadlines. An excellent command of English and Chinese; a high level of interpersonal, organisational, time management and problem-solving skills; and an appropriate level of IT knowledge are essential. Experience in undergraduate programme management would be an advantage. Those with less experience may be considered for appointment as Assistant Manager.
The appointee will play a versatile role at the frontline handling a range of tasks, including undergraduate programme management, assessment, curriculum revisions, quality assurance and enhancement. He/She will also contribute to student-centred services in teaching and learning. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend an interview and/or written test.
