Working at CQUniversityThe Wellbeing Directorate is responsible for providing evidence-informed clinical leadership and operational oversight of the student counselling service, including social and emotional wellbeing services. This includes prioritising student mental health and wellbeing, retention, positive graduate outcomes, and delivering a first-class student experience for our diverse student body. The Directorate also supports faculties and divisions across a range of specialties.
As a key leader of the Counselling Team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our student community. Your primary objective will be to manage and oversee the student counselling services, delivering exceptional support to our diverse student population. We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented professional with significant experience in clinical supervision, counselling, and mental health services. You will confidently manage complex clinical issues, provide trauma-informed leadership, and adhere to university guidelines, consistently upholding a high standard of service.
