About the Role The Manager for the Finance Systems Team acts as the key liaison between business stakeholders and development teams, ensuring that the Finance System meets the University's needs. This role involves capturing and translating requirements, supporting system enhancements, and contributing to the Finance Systems Roadmap. Additionally, the Manager oversees the product backlog, prioritising tasks and collaborating with Finance and IT stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions, with a focus on Workday Finance.

Who we are looking for You will have strong experience contributing to product roadmaps and defining well-prioritised product backlogs that align with stakeholder needs. You will excel in communication and presentation, with a proven track record of managing Finance stakeholder groups and advocating for business value in prioritisation forums. You will also have experience leading teams to deliver value-based solutions and ideally have experience with Workday Finance.
