    What You'll Do:

    As part of our Employee Experience and Capability team, you'll:

  • Collaborate with leaders at all levels, from emerging talents to executives, helping them grow in line with RMIT newly created Leadership Model.
  • Design and deliver engaging leadership initiatives that make a real impact — driven by research, data, and evidence-based practices.
  • Facilitate empowering learning experiences through dynamic, inclusive approaches in both virtual and face-to-face settings.
  • Act as a trusted partner, providing strategic consultancy to RMIT stakeholders while championing leadership behaviours that inspire teams.
  • We're seeking someone who:

  • Is passionate about leadership development and thrives on creating opportunities for growth and transformation.
  • Brings strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to connect deeply and authentically.
  • Is experienced in designing and delivering programs that uplift people capability and deliver measurable results.
  • Role models inclusive, constructive leadership and embodies RMIT's values.
