  • About the Role: As a Manager in the Strategy Realisation Office, you will play a pivotal role in driving La Trobe University's strategic vision. Partnering closely with diverse business units, you'll lead the end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives, embedding transformative change across the institution.

    This role is ideal for a consulting professional with a strong aptitude for problem-solving, stakeholder engagement, and a passion for delivering measurable outcomes. You'll bring a data-driven mindset, critical thinking, and a collaborative approach to navigate complex environments and influence senior stakeholders.

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery of strategic programs and projects, from discovery to implementation, ensuring alignment with the University's overarching strategy.
  • Facilitate workshops with internal stakeholders to define challenges, co- design solutions, and drive actionable results.
  • Manage complex initiatives, including identifying risks, opportunities, and dependencies across projects.
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships across business units, inspiring trust and alignment to shared objectives.
  • Demonstrate thought leadership and provide creative solutions to enhance organisational performance.
  • Actively contribute to a culture of accountability, innovation, and care across the Strategy Realisation Office.
  • What We're Looking For:

  • Extensive experience in management consulting or a similar role, with a proven track record in strategic project delivery.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to manage complexity and ambiguity.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence, motivate, and engage diverse stakeholders, including senior management.
  • A demonstrated ability to drive innovative solutions and navigate politically sensitive environments.
  • Expertise in managing multiple interdependent projects, with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes.
  • Experience in the higher education sector is highly desirable but not essential.
