Marketing Manager, Masters Programmes (at the rank of Executive Officer) in the Faculty of Business and Economics (Ref: 529963) (to commence as soon as possible on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to funding availability and satisfactory performance)
Applicants should possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent, with at least 5 years' work experience preferably in the marketing or advertising agency and an excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua and Cantonese). They should be strong team players and outcome- driven professionals with the ability to plan, implement, and execute digital marketing strategy for our specialized Masters programmes (inclusive of Accounting, Business Analytics, Climate Governance & Risk Management, Economics, Finance, Fintech, Global Management, Marketing, and Family Wealth Management). They should have a sense of urgency, the ability to work independently, an outgoing personality with attention to details and self- motivation; good organizational, interpersonal and communication skills; and IT proficiency.
The appointee will focus on media planning, data tracking and measuring the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives. He/She will evaluate the effectiveness of different marketing strategies and make data-driven decisions to optimize future campaigns. Additionally, he/she should be able to define a media planning framework, audit the media process, conduct necessary media channels/agencies selection processes, identify trends, patterns, opportunities, and use this information to develop effective marketing strategies and tactics. The appointee will also be required to work with team members to ensure consistent branding across all channels. Experience from a digital media agency is preferred. Working outside normal office hours, during weekends, and traveling outside Hong Kong may also be required.
