Office Manager/Service Co-ordinator

An exciting opportunity for an Office Manager/Service Co-ordinator has become available to join our busy, friendly team at the Occupational Health Service.

This role holder will be responsible for ensuring efficient and effective service delivery through providing comprehensive operational and administrative support to the Occupational Health Service Manager, medical staff and nursing staff. This will be achieved through leadership and management of the Occupational Health Service administrative team and driving continual improvement of the operational functionality and productivity of the service, by strategically reviewing day-to-day processes.

The successful applicant should be an experienced senior administrator and staff manager with excellent organisational and communication skills, including being proficient in use of Microsoft office programmes and databases. You will be an effective leader who can work both autonomously and as part of a team.

The role is full time (37 hours per week), working over five days Monday - Friday. Due to the nature of this role, the post holder is required to work on-site for their full contracted hours.
