Part-time Research Assistant I/II in the Centre for Advancement in Inclusive and Special Education within the Faculty of Education (Ref.: 530542 ) (to commence as soon as possible for 6 months)

The Role
Applicants should possess at least a Bachelor's or Master's degree or above in Psychology, Education, Social work, Human Development and Family Science, Counseling Psychology, Inclusive/Special Education, or a related discipline. They should have an excellent command of written and spoken English. Preference will be given to those with experience in supporting the implementation of research projects and knowledge in using statistical software (e.g., SPSS). Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
The appointee will support a research project that develops identification tools for gifted and talented students. He/she will be responsible for assisting in research-related tasks including preparing study materials, coordinating with item writers, formatting tests, translating test questions (English to Chinese), and performing other duties as assigned.
What We Offer
The appointment will commence as soon as possible on a temporary basis for 6 months, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance and funding availability. A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered.
