Working at CQUniversityJoin CQUniversity as a Peer Wellbeing and Inclusion Project Officer and play a crucial role in advancing our student support initiatives. You'll be at the forefront of the Mindwaves Connectors peer support program and the CQU Ally Program, both essential to our mission of fostering student wellbeing and inclusion. In this dynamic role, you'll work closely with the Student Wellbeing Program Manager and Ally Program Coordinator to ensure these initiatives thrive. You'll manage multiple projects, balancing responsibilities across wellbeing, equity, and inclusion, while empowering students to take leadership roles.
Your responsibilities will include designing, delivering, and evaluating programs, ensuring high engagement and awareness among students and staff. You'll oversee the recruitment, training, and development of peer supporters and Allies, fostering a culture of safety, inclusivity, and wellbeing. Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders is key, as you'll drive continuous improvement and innovation in our programs.
