About you
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled researcher and project manager with an understanding of the labour market to join the Work Foundation Team. We are looking for someone who shares our goal to improve work in the UK through shaping changes in policy and practice.
You will be able to undertake research and policy analysis, help secure and manage funded research projects and clearly communicate complex issues to a range of audiences. You will also enjoy collaborating with colleagues and able to build effective internal and external relationships with a wide range of groups including civil servants, academics, politicians, business leaders and workers.
Working with us
Policy Advisers manage a range of projects, delivering qualitative and quantitative research to develop evidence-led ideas and recommendations.
You will be based at our London office, with potential for some, occasional travel to Lancaster University. Flexible working is important to us at the Work Foundation and we're open to candidates who would like to work flexible hours or job share. Members of our team use a range of flexible working arrangements including part-time, flexible hours and compressed hours.
