Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for a full-time, fixed term position as a Postdoctoral Researcher with the J.E. Cairnes School of Business & Economics at the University of Galway, Ireland.
This position is funded by LERO, the Science Foundation Ireland Research Centre for Software and is available from 1st February 2025 to contract end date of 31st January 2027.
Since it was founded in 2005, Lero has become one of the best-known, and most highly regarded, software research centres in the world. The Centre is funded under the SFI Research Centres programme, which has established a network of SFI Research Centres focusing on key research areas in Ireland. The Centre brings together expert software teams from universities and institutes of technology across Ireland in a co-ordinated centre of research excellence with a strong industry focus.
Salary: Postdoctoral Researcher salary scale €44,846 - €57,332 per annum, (subject to the project's funding limitations), and pro rata for shorter and/or part-time contracts.
