The role
This role is to support delivery of a short research project in collaboration with ContiTech on the design and characterisation of technical rubber compounds with applications in automotive dampening.
You will work with ContiTech to characterise sheets of model air spring rubber compounds, looking at the impact formulation has on a range of properties including, rheology, physical properties, mechanical properties, compression set, abrasion loss and rebound resilience.
