Based in the Integration Management Office (IMO) in the Student Experience & Administration Domain
We are seeking multiple Process Analysts to contribute to one of the largest changes to higher education in Australia over the past 30 years and help shape the new Adelaide University.
About the role
As the Process Analyst you will be responsible for conducting thorough analysis of business processes and systems to optimise operations and ensure compliance within the new Adelaide University. Working as part of the Student Experience and Administration Domain (SE&A) which will support the integration and transformation to establish the new university, the position will collaborate with cross-functional teams both within The University of South Australia and The University of Adelaide to identify requirements and propose data-driven solutions aimed at enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.
You will be involved in the transition of staff and students, a significant project in the IMO. You will support the work of the SME Leads and Project Managers within the Student Experience & Administration domain and related areas. This will include analysing processes and systems, identify requirements and propose data-driven solutions aimed at enhancing efficiency and effectiveness of large-scale student transition, systems and processes.
