Your new role

We are currently seeking a dedicated Project Administrator to join our team and support the development, coordination, and implementation of project deliverables. Your role will be instrumental in ensuring seamless administrative operations, including planning, tracking, reporting, and communications.

In this position, you will have the unique opportunity to support the complex scheduling and coordination requirements for examinations at the Curtin School of Allied Health. Your excellent communication and organisational skills will be essential as you work closely with a large cohort of Academic and Professional Staff, as well as Students, across five disciplines including Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Science, Speech Pathology and Social Work, to facilitate effective assessment activities.

This position will be an office-based full-time role, due to the nature of work requirements, and ideally suited to someone who is available between the hours of 8am to 4pm. Some flexibility will be required during examination periods.

Selection Criteria

  • Completion of a diploma qualification with considerable relevant work experience; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
  • Highly developed organisational skills with the ability to organise time and work activities according to priorities and to meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal and oral communication skills with the ability to consult and liaise effectively with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated effective written communication skills with the ability to construct clear and concise correspondence and documentation.
  • Proven ability to work well in a team, including respecting difference, leading, supporting others, accepting direction, and working to group goals.
  • Advanced digital literacy skills, specifically in the Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Demonstrated experience in coordinating complex activities within a Tertiary environment.
