The Centre for Sustainable Finance (CSF) team works with over 50 global financial institutions across banking, insurance and investment. We provide the insight needed to challenge current assumptions and lead systems change.

The role

Based in CISL's Cambridge office, this role will support a dynamic team across a range of project areas from an operational perspective. The successful candidate will provide a critical administrative foundation for the rest of the team, ensuring work runs smoothly.

As well as being committed to the values that underpin CISL's work, applicants will be expected to demonstrate the following essential skills and experience.

Key skills and experience:

  • Experience providing financial administration (e.g. processing and raising invoices and purchase orders).
  • Experience of managing events across a range of formats.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of co-ordinating projects and an understanding of the processes and general concepts related to co-ordinating projects.
  • Skilled in developing high levels of trust and credibility in relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience in providing administrative support to a team at various level of seniority.
  • Ability to work under time pressures, using own initiative to manage competing priorities manages the expectations of others in that context.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organisation skills with the ability to prioritise effectively and manage a busy workload.
  • Highly competent IT skills including demonstrable experience in the use of standard software packages (MS365).
