Project Manager (at the rank of Administrative Assistant ll/Executive Officer) in the Department of Psychiatry, School of Clinical Medicine (Ref.: 528921) (to commence as soon as possible on a one-year temporary basis, with the possibility of renewal).
Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree in management, psychology, nursing, social work, occupational therapy, clinical psychology or a relevant discipline, with at least 3 years' full-time work experience. They should be committed to high quality mental health work. Leadership experience in mental health projects would be a desirable asset.
The appointee will participate in a large cutting-edge community mental health project involving screening, early prevention and intervention of mental illness for women from disadvantaged background. With various elements including public awareness, screening intervention, training, and research, the project aims to develop a model of community women's mental health that provides data and experience for future service development in Hong Kong. The appointee will be responsible for the overall leadership and implementation of the project. He/She will work with a multi-disciplinary team based in the University of Hong Kong, in partnership with three NGOs and the Hospital Authority.
