We have an exciting opportunity to join the ICT team as a Project Manager for CRM and Digital Transformation. The role ensures alignment with the university's strategic objectives and involves overseeing a CRM project, managing resources, budgets and timelines, and ensuring successful stakeholder communication and engagement.

During the project management stages, you will ensure tight integration with the Systems, Networks, Desktop, CIS support/Dev, and Service Desk teams. The project manager will lead the CRM programme of works across the University as part of the broader Digital Transformation Programme.

You will need to guide your programme through the complete life cycle, including evaluating high-level needs against strategic aims, designing the programme in collaboration with senior stakeholders, managing risks and issues, and transitioning to BAU service.

The post holder will work closely with key senior stakeholders across the university, and you will play a key role in contributing to and delivering the University's digital transformation programme through the CRM programme.

Please note:

This role is 4 days onsite / 1 day remote per week based in Luton (LU1 3JU) working hrs: Mon-Thu 8:30 -17:00, Fri 8:30- 16:30.
