As the Purchasing, Logistics and Administration Officer, you will ensure the smooth operation of our campus by delivering high-quality, customer-focused supply and technical services to both internal and external clients.
In this role, you will assist with procuring essential materials and equipment, working closely with teaching staff to meet school needs. You will also handle financial tasks like purchase orders and corporate card reconciliations, ensuring compliance with university policies while finding cost-effective solutions. Additionally, you will liaise with contractors and suppliers to coordinate repairs, maintenance, and the efficient setup of equipment for course delivery. This role will also require you to provide general administrative assistance and support to School of Trades staff in Emerald.
