Research Assistant I/II (holding the functional title of Project Assistant) in the Department of Social Work & Social Administration (Ref.:530817) (to commence as soon as possible until 30 June 2025, on a temporary basis)

Applicants should possess a Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Health Sciences or a related discipline. Those with interest in the topics of bereavement, public health and end-of-life care are preferred. They should have a good command of written English and Chinese as well as spoken English and Cantonese. Preference will be given to those with experience in project management or event planning and organization (e.g., workshops and conferences), and good research skills (e.g., conducting interviews and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data, e.g., using SPSS).

The appointee will assist the project team in organizing project events such as conferences, symposiums, seminars, and workshops; handle daily project administration; conduct literature reviews, data management, data collection, and analysis; draft project reports; and perform other duties as assigned.
