School of Pharmacy, the Faculty of Medicine at The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) is seeking exceptional applicants to join Prof. Billy Ng's research team as “Research Assistant Professor”. The appointee will (a) apply for external competitive research grants; (b) participate and/or develop in independent and/or collaborative research projects; (c) coordinate research projects and publish peer-reviewed papers; and (d) be involved in teaching, student supervision and related administrative duties.

Applicants should have (i) a PhD degree in Chemical Biology, Medicinal Chemistry, Organic Synthesis or related discipline; (ii) substantial postdoctoral experience in a relevant scientific discipline; (iii) strong commitment to excellence in research and teaching; (iv) ample experiences in above research area(s) as evidenced by publications in international journals; (v) a strong sense of responsibility and team spirit, and (vi) excellent oral and written communication skills.
