Applications are invited for Research Administrator to provide project management support the OxWell Student Survey and provide group administrative support within the section of Child & Adolescent Psychiatry led by Professor Mina Fazel. The post is based in the Department of Psychiatry at the Warneford Hospital.

The post is for a fixed term (funded from 18th November 2024 to 14th December 2025)

This post is to cover the absence of the substantive postholder, who is taking a period of maternity leave. The post is available until 14th December 2025 or the actual return of the substantive postholder, or the resignation of the substantive postholder and employment of a new postholder, whichever is the earliest.

You will work primarily on the OxWell Student Survey, providing project management support and overseeing the day-to-day logistics of the survey including communicating with ethics committees, overseeing agreements with local authority and education partners, supporting school recruitment, and managing all project communications, finances and reporting. You will work closely with with the dynamic team of researchers working in the Child and Adolescent Psychiatry group and reply to a range of issues on behalf of Professor Fazel.

You will be educated to degree level, or with equivalent work experience and with a significant track record of providing comprehensive administrative support to senior managers. With excellent interpersonal, communication and project management skills, you should have experience of working in child and adolescent health or education. Knowledge of academic institutions, and/or health service and education systems would be desirable as would experience of data entry and management of data sets.
