The Opportunity
The Eastern Health Clinical School is inviting you to join us as a Research Nurse to coordinate clinical trials, ensuring top-quality data and optimal participant care. Your role includes recruitment management, nursing care, participant education and meticulous data recording, all in line with professional standards. This position will be working with stroke patients.
Your demonstrated clinical skills, including problem-solving, planning and coordination of direct patient care will be instrumental in providing participants with comprehensive ongoing education about trial procedures. Additionally, you will be responsible for data collection, analysis and preparation of results, ensuring accuracy and adherence to protocol guidelines. Your proactive approach to monitoring participants' progress and facilitating further clinical management as needed will be crucial in driving the success of our research endeavours.
To excel in this role, candidates must hold current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and have prior nursing experience. Experience in stroke clinical trials or other clinical research settings will also be highly advantageous.
