    YOUR ROLE

    The Scholarships Coordinator oversees the management and administration of RMIT Vietnam and benefactor funded scholarship programs; ensures transparent and ethical processes consistent with policy and guidelines; and prepares activity and progress reports. The Scholarships Coordinator provides professional advice across RMIT Vietnam, and in particular to the RMIT Scholarships Committee, on the development and administration of scholarship programs. The Scholarships Coordinator will develop strong working relationships within RMIT Vietnam, in particular within Academic Centres, Recruitment and Marketing, Communications and Events to coordinate scholarship activity and communicate emerging needs and opportunities for scholarship support.

    KEY SELECTION CRITERIA

  • A degree qualified in a relevant discipline is preferrable (i.e. Business Administration).
  • Experience in customer service, administrative position.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyse and interpret a wide range of information, solve problems and provide advice on the development of effective solutions.

    ENGLISH PROFICIENCY REQUIREMENT

    English is the language of teaching and communication at RMIT Vietnam. For this role, the minimum requirement is IELTS 6.0 (or equivalent, as outlined in the Recruitment, Selection and Onboarding Guidelines). For any role, English Language Proficiency may also be proven by showing successful completion of secondary education to a level qualifying to enter university study while being instructed through the medium of English, as per the RMIT University recognised qualification list.
