About the position
The position will provide support and coordination for implementing the
school's strategic plan. The primary responsibilities of this position is to
coordinate with the School's executive to plan and implement actions across
teaching and learning, research and engagement.
Some of your duties will include:
Develop proposals or recommendations and provides advice to staff at
higher levels on program objectives, organisational structures and budget
expenditure.
Provide cross portfolio support for School leadership in the development
and implementation of key actions to deliver the school's strategic plan.
Conduct various school-based projects and other activities as directed by
the School Senior Manager.
Skills & Experience:
A Degree with at least 4 years subsequent relevant experience to
consolidate and extend the theories and principles learned, or extensive
experience and management expertise; or an equivalent alternate
combination of relevant knowledge, training and/or experience.
Excellent interpersonal skills, especially the capacity to work
collaboratively and cooperatively in small teams.
Demonstrated organisation and problem-solving skills, with an ability to
manage several different projects concurrently.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders to achieve outcomes.
