Hybrid working included
The University of Oxford is looking for a highly-effective Senior Business Analyst to support investment in the digital infrastructure underpinning its world-leading research.
This is a hybrid role meaning that whilst you will be based in our offices in central Oxford – and will be expected to come to site as required for key project activities and practice meetings – you will be able to agree a pattern of regular remote working with your line manager.
Oxford is world-famous for research excellence and home to some of the most talented people from across the globe. Our work helps the lives of millions, solving real-world problems through a huge network of partnerships and collaborations. The breadth and interdisciplinary nature of our research sparks imaginative and inventive insights and solutions.
The institution's Digital Transformation programme is reimagining the culture, processes and technology underpinning all it does. Working within the Research portfolio of the programme, we now have an exciting opportunity to join a newly forming team. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will collaborate closely with the researcher and researcher support communities, system and process owners and wider stakeholders to support delivery of a focused but ambitious programme of works. Focussed initially on research computing, the role will in time likely contribute more widely to development of administrative platforms, data and analytics capabilities, research data management and more.
For the right individual, this varied and stimulating role offers the opportunity to contribute directly to our world-leading position, and the impact of our researchers on the world.
