About You The Senior Coordinator, Research Proposals plays a lead role in managing the delivery of pre-award services to support researchers with the preparation and submission of their competitive funding applications. The role provides expertise and authoritative advice on national and international funding opportunities, researcher eligibility and grant guidelines, and ensures RMIT's applications are compliant with all funder and university requirements. The Senior Coordinator assists the Manager in building a high-performing and effective team through mentoring and staff development, and contributes to work allocation, planning and process improvement.
