Senior Executive Assistant/Executive Assistant (at the rank of Clerk I/II) in the Faculty of Business and Economics (Ref.: 530085) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis, with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)

Applicants should possess a good bachelor's degree, preferably with experience in communications, public relations, alumni affairs and/or events management. They should be good team players with great interpersonal and communication skills, as well as an excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua. Skills in Adobe Creative Suites (i.e. Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign) would be a definite advantage. Those with less experience may be considered as Executive Assistant.

The appointee will provide administrative support to the Faculty's facility located in Central, including organising different events, as well as communicating with various stakeholders and alumni regarding the upcoming activities. He/She will also provide social media and e-communications support, assist in general administrative duties, and perform other duties as assigned. The appointee may be required to work outside normal office hours and on weekend. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview.

A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
