Based in the Integration Management Office (IMO) in the People & Culture Domain in the Adelaide CBD
We are seeking two Senior Project Manager: People & Culture to contribute to one of the largest changes to higher education in Australia over the past 30 years and help shape the new Adelaide University. You will work for the University of South Australia and be based in the Integration Management Office (IMO) in the People & Culture Domain.
About the role
As the Senior Project Manager: People & Culture, you will be a key member of the People & Culture Domain, and you will work closely with the Program Manager and the People & Culture team to support the design and development of strategies, frameworks, and advice as part of the broader Workforce Readiness Sub Critical Path (SCP) Project.
Working in support of the Transition Leads, you will be responsible for delivering outcomes across all aspects of the project(s) lifecycle, including project initiation and planning, developing processes to monitor and evaluate the progress and impact of the project, managing project deliverables and interdependencies with other projects, communication, and supporting project reporting requirements. This role effectively drives project(s) to advance the integration and transformation of the new Adelaide University against competing priorities and within budget.
