Social Media & Communications Assistant – Research (FLAS-Research and Knowledge Exchange)
We are looking to recruit a student to join our Research and Knowledge Exchange team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and marketing research and knowledge exchange projects and events within the faculty to multiple audiences using effective communications mediums.
The candidate will be responsible for managing communications across a range of channels in line with the marketing and communications strategy. This role involves social media engagement, email distribution, maintaining mailing lists, internet research, generating a strong presence on social media platforms and tracking increases in social media followers.
The successful candidate will carry out other reasonable administrative duties as allocated by the Senior Research and Knowledge Exchange Officer or the R&KE Administrative Team
The role would be suited to students studying Media and Communications/Marketing/Events subjects and/or someone with initiative, drive and looking to develop and perfect their communication skills.
