Base salary will range from $64,963 - $71,505 + 17% Superannuation (HEW Level 3)
Based at our vibrant and picturesque St Lucia Campus
The Stores and Logistics Assistant locally known as the Associate Mailroom Assistant is a key member of our warehouse and stores team, responsible for handling various logistical tasks.
Reporting to the Section Supervisor, you'll ensure the efficient collection, transport, and delivery of mail, supplies, library materials, and other items. Your duties will also include mail processing, furniture transportation, and managing the acquisition, storage, and distribution of products and equipment.
Duties
Processing, preparation and dispatch of store orders as well as internal and external deliveries.
Responsible for the movement and transportation of library materials, goods, and furniture between all UQ locations.
Responsible for warehouse operations, including inventory, data, and customer service
ensure efficient product and equipment handling to meet customer needs, whilst maintaining high standards of operation.

SELECTION CRITERIA
Must possess a Current Queensland Open Drivers Licence.
Proven expertise in warehousing, couriering and logistics
Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
Highly adaptable team player with the ability to work autonomously.
Experience with Office and android logistical based software such as Excel and Orca scan .
Sound knowledge of University of Queensland Campuses would be advantageous
The successful candidate may be required to complete a number of pre- employment checks, including; right to work in Australia, criminal check, etc.
