At the Department of Organization, we are looking for one student assistant to assist various assignments in relation to two research projects in relation to the Danish Power Inquiry. One project focuses on discretion among professionals in the welfare state, the other project focuses on freedom of speech on universities and university colleges.

Work tasks The job will consist of assisting Professor Nanna Mik-Meyer and colleagues working on these projects with diverse research and administrative tasks related to the above-mentioned research area. These include desktop data collection, organization of data (documents, interviews, meetings), analysis and coding of data, mapping of academic literature, organization of meetings and trips, and similar. Your workplace is the Department of Organization, CBS.

Qualifications The selected candidate has the following qualifications:

  • You have a strong profile in social sciences, e.g. sociology including abilities in conducting qualitative and quantitative academic research;
  • You have a good command of both English and Danish;
  • You are able to work independently and professionally with the tasks at hand;
  • You are eager to contribute to an exciting research topic and make a difference.
  • Payment and hire Employment will take place according to the HK organization agreement and the Joint Agreement between the Ministry of Tax and Public Employees' Organizations (OAO-S Joint Agreement).

    The salary is between DKK 140.57 to DKK 147.46 and depends on previous employment within the office subject and level of education. The pension contribution amounts to 15 % of the pensionable salary components.

    It is a prerequisite for employment that the candidate is an active student.

    The job requires 15 hours a week and will be remunerated according to the price per hour established by the university.

    The job will start 1 March 2025, and will last for 1 year.
