Student Support offers a range of support services for students including money advice, disability support, counselling, mental health support and guidance on both academic and personal issues throughout their University journey.
We are looking to appoint a secondment member to the Student Engagement and Mitigation team to help identify and support students who are vulnerable or deemed to be at risk of withdrawing or disengaging from their programmes of study. This is an exciting opportunity, offering the successful individual an opportunity to work across the University.
The successful candidate will be calm and analytical, have excellent communication skills and a strong track record of providing one to one support to people facing complex problems.
