Student Enrichment and Success (SES)
This is a full-time continuing position with salary in the range $113,377
Lead a high-performing team to deliver innovative student enrichment programs that enhance the UQ experience.
This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, with a focus on student success and a commitment to equity and inclusivity.
Based at our vibrant and conveniently located St Lucia campus.
The Student Enrichment and Success Division empowers student success through dynamic programs that foster a sense of belonging and prepare students for their future. We are seeking a highly motivated Student Enrichment Manager to lead this newly consolidated team in delivering transformative learning experiences. This role will focus on increasing the impact of enrichment programs, such as volunteering, mentoring, and research opportunities, for an increasingly diverse student cohort.
Working collaboratively with stakeholders across the University, you will lead the team to develop innovative programs that enhance student learning, develop graduate attributes, and maximize the student experience at UQ.

Postgraduate degree and 5+ years' experience in relevant field, or equivalent combination of experience and education.
Demonstrated experience leading high-performing teams to deliver successful student-centred programs.
Proven experience in project planning, implementation, and evaluation, including data analysis and reporting.
Advanced interpersonal skills and experience collaborating with a diverse range of stakeholders across complex organizations.
You must maintain unrestricted work rights in Australia for the duration of this appointment, and may be required to complete background checks including, criminal history and education checks. Employer sponsored work rights are not available for this appointment.
