  • About This Opportunity

    The Student Enrichment and Success Division empowers student success through dynamic programs that foster a sense of belonging and prepare students for their future. We are seeking a highly motivated Student Enrichment Manager to lead this newly consolidated team in delivering transformative learning experiences. This role will focus on increasing the impact of enrichment programs, such as volunteering, mentoring, and research opportunities, for an increasingly diverse student cohort.

    Working collaboratively with stakeholders across the University, you will lead the team to develop innovative programs that enhance student learning, develop graduate attributes, and maximize the student experience at UQ.

    Key responsibilities will include:

    Team Leadership:

  • Lead and motivate a team to deliver high-quality student enrichment programs that foster student success and community engagement.
  • Program Development & Evaluation:

  • Continuously review and improve existing programs, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of a diverse student cohort.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Communication:

  • Represent UQ at various events and forums, building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Please note attendance and assistance with functions and events outside of normal office hours are expected.
  • Reporting & Analysis:

  • Collect and analyse data to measure program effectiveness and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • About You
  • Postgraduate degree and 5+ years' experience in relevant field, or equivalent combination of experience and education.

  • Demonstrated experience leading high-performing teams to deliver successful student-centred programs.

  • Proven experience in project planning, implementation, and evaluation, including data analysis and reporting.

  • Advanced interpersonal skills and experience collaborating with a diverse range of stakeholders across complex organizations.

  • You must maintain unrestricted work rights in Australia for the duration of this appointment, and may be required to complete background checks including, criminal history and education checks. Employer sponsored work rights are not available for this appointment.
