The Department of Computer Science and Technology is seeking to appoint an Undergraduate Course Coordinator.

The role holder will work within the team providing support for undergraduate teaching and examinations. Main duties and responsibilities include general course administration, liaising with teaching staff, dealing with student queries and maintenance of relevant records and databases. The successful candidate will also organise meetings and events and take minutes for relevant committees.
Educated to HND, HNC, level 4/5 vocational qualifications or equivalent level of practical experience, the successful candidate will have excellent organisation and communication skills. Previous administrative experience in a Higher Education environment is essential, along with the need for strong IT skills. Experience of Moodle and website editing would also be desirable.

This is a full-time role, however we will consider part-time arrangements.
Once an offer of employment has been accepted, the successful candidate will be required to undergo a health assessment.
