We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Venue Operations Manager to join our team.
The Venue Operations Manager is responsible for all aspects of the Macquarie University City Campus including management and execution of daily operations, people management, operational efficiency, securing and delivering events, food & beverage operations and customer satisfaction.

The Macquarie University City Campus operates as a shared facility for teaching, internal and external conference, events and meetings for both Macquarie University and external clients.
ABOUT YOU
You will have proven experience working in a similar environment and/or venue management supervisory experience, you have a passion for excellent customer service and sales. You have previously led or supervised a diverse team. You have excellent organisation skills and attention to detail to create memorable experiences for your guests.
