Your broad experience in organisational design and workforce planning, combined with your strong analytical capabilities, will enable you to excel in a dynamic and changing environment.
About the role
As the Workforce Transition Partner, you will support multiple Academic and Professional Areas/Units as they transition to the organisational structure within the new Adelaide University. You will implement the Workforce Transition Strategy and provide expert guidance and support to align the workforce with the new organisation strategic direction. You will work closely with key stakeholders to support the transition of staff to the new Adelaide University, leveraging your exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills. You will facilitate a smooth and efficient transition process that maintains organisational productivity, employee engagement, and overall operational continuity.
