Empire State Building to be Illuminated in Violet in Tribute to NYU’s Class of 2023—Tonight, May 16
The lights of the Empire State Building will glow violet tonight, May 16, to salute NYU’s graduating class.
Beginning at dusk and through 2 a.m., graduates near and far will be able to view the lights of the tower through the Empire State Building webcam.
The violet lights come a day before NYU’s 190th All-University Commencement Exercises, which will be held Wednesday, May 17, in Yankee Stadium.
