Fully vaccinated Americans are allowed to visit the United Kingdom, as well as Iceland, Liechtenstein and Switzerland. The Netherlands now requires vaccinated Americans to quarantine. Those under 12 can travel with vaccinated adults to European countries where US travelers are permitted to enter.
