The annual Psychological Institute's Communication Prize is given to one of our researchers to recognize and celebrate their significant contribution to public debate.
Mandate
The nominee should be someone who has participated in the public sphere and conveyed psychological perspectives in an understandable and praiseworthy manner. The substance of the message and the frequency of media appearances will be evaluated equally. In other words, the mandate emphasizes both the quantitative media participation as well as the qualitative significance of the message.
How to nominate?
Employees of the Departments can nominate their colleagues to the Department Head. Subsequently, the Department Head can nominate up to three public contributions through the online form below.

Who will evaluate the nominations?
A committee consisting of two employees from PSI will be appointed. Standard rules on Conflict of Interest apply. The decision and the basis for the decision will be announced before Christmas. The prize may not be awarded every year.
