Your Responsibilities

Administrative Tätigkeiten in Personalangelegenheiten
Büroorganisation (bspw. Terminkoordination, Korrespondenz, Telefonate, Homepage, etc.)
Parteienverkehr und Beantwortung von Studierendenanfragen
Administrative Unterstützung bei der Lehre (Prüfungsverwaltung, UNIGRAZonline, Layout von Lehrunterlagen, etc.)
Mitwirkung bei der Organisation von Veranstaltungen
Abwicklung von Bibliotheksbestellungen

Your Profile

Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder gleichwertige Ausbildung
Einschlägige Berufserfahrung (wünschenswert)
Ausgezeichnete Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Gute Englischkenntnisse (wünschenswert)
Sehr gute EDV-Anwenderkenntnisse (MS-Office)
Kenntnisse der Universitätsstruktur und Lehradministration (wünschenswert)
"UNIGRAZonline" Kenntnisse (wünschenswert)
Kommunikations-, Organisations- und Teamfähigkeit

We offer an annual gross salary of at least € 36,681.40 for a fulltime position. An overpayment based on qualification and experience is possible.
