Minimum Qualifications (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • Bachelor’s degree and two to four years of relevant experience. Years of experience in the grant making environment can substitute for a bachelor’s.Degree.
  • Ability to oversee budgets and provide rigorous programmatic oversight.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and respectfully
  • Ability to manage data and produce reports.
  • Ability to use independent judgment, manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines
  • Proficiency or ability to learn and use grant program software, spreadsheets, and word processing.
  • Ability to meet the occasional travel requirements associated with the position.
  • Ability to work flexible hours particularly during peak periods of grant administration activity.
  • Ability to pivot quickly in a sometimes-shifting environment
  • Be a fast and flexible learner
  • Knows when to solve problems independently and when to ask questions.
Desirable Qualifications

Anticipated Pay Range $56,000-$64,000
Other Information Must have the ability to travel across the Northeast region.

Special Conditions A probationary period may be required, Contingent on continued funding, Travel to and from worksites required, This position is eligible for full-time telework in accordance with the university telecommuting policy, Background Check required for this position
