Classification: ANU Officer 8 (Administration) Salary package: $124,392 - $133,017 per annum plus 17% superannuation Terms: Full-time, 9 month fixed-term contract (Canberra location)

Position overview

The Australian National University is seeking an experienced User Experience designer to create exceptional experience for HR systems product documentation and public websites within existing design and technical parameters. Reporting to the Manager, HR Data Integrity and Insights, the Senior Consultant, User Experience (HR Systems Projects) will work closely with the HR Systems Senior Business Analysts to update relevant product documentation for internal and external stakeholders as part of the HR Systems update, including Oracle PeopleSoft HCM and PageUP products. The Senior Consultant will undertake workshops and consultations to ensure that all current and future systems- related enhancement documentation are proactively managed through a deep understanding of user experience principles, ensure clients are able to easily locate and navigate through documentation and websites, and fostering strong and trusted stakeholder engagement.
