The role
Based at our Headington campus and reporting to the Performance Analysis and Modelling Manager, the Senior Data Analyst will be responsible for producing high-quality analysis that will directly inform activity related to improving equality of opportunity for underrepresented groups to access, succeed in and progress from higher education.
The post holder will work closely with the Performance Analysis and Modelling Manager to support the production of analysis and management information that informs senior decision‑making and supports the University’s strategic objectives.
We are seeking a skilled analyst with a strong background in statistics and the analysis and reporting of data, and with an ability to effectively communicate findings and make recommendations to a range of stakeholders. Experience of working in higher education, particularly in relation to access and participation datasets would be advantageous but not essential.
